3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Predico, you agree to:

4. Freemium Model

Predico operates on a freemium model:

• • Free Tier: Limited number of college predictions and basic features available at no cost
• • Premium Tier: Unlimited predictions, advanced features, expert counselling access, and priority support
• • Feature Limitations: Free users may experience restrictions on certain features, which can be unlocked through premium upgrade

We reserve the right to modify feature availability and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Billing

For premium features and services:

• • One-Time Payment: Premium access is provided through a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription
• • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways
• • Pricing: Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• • Non-Refundable: Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by law

By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the specified amount.

6. Expert Counselling Disclaimer

Our expert counselling service provides guidance and support, but:

You acknowledge that counselling services are supplementary and do not replace official admission processes.

7. Accuracy and Prediction Disclaimer

Important information about our predictions:

• • Historical Data: Predictions are based on historical cutoff data and statistical analysis
• • No Guarantees: Predictions are estimates and do not guarantee admission to any institution
• • Variable Factors: Actual cutoffs may vary due to factors beyond our control, including changes in exam patterns, seat availability, and competition levels
• • Informational Purpose: Use predictions as one of many tools in your decision-making process
• • Official Sources: Always verify information with official college websites and admission authorities

Predico is not responsible for admission outcomes or decisions made based on our predictions.

8. Account Usage and Security

Regarding your account:

• • Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others
• • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• • No Sharing: Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• • Security Breach: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• • Data Scraping: Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect data from our platform
• • Copying Content: Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without permission
• • Resale: Resell or commercialize access to the Service without authorization

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update features, change pricing, or alter functionality as needed to improve the platform. We are not liable for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

14. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:
